5 Discrete Spectral Bands in One Flight

MicaSense RedEdge collects multispectral data on 5 narrow bands using 5 cameras enabling RGB and CIR data products all in the same flight. RedEdge generates data outputs such as RGB, NDVI, CIR, GNDVI, NDRE, and Chlorophyll Maps using the Atlas data processor. Also, RedEdge features a downwelling light sensor (DLS) mitigating lighting changes from weather conditions. This unique payload integrates seamlessly with Altavian’s Nova and Galaxy line of drones. These new sensor capabilities expand the data collection possibilities with Altavian’s drones.
