Human Resources Manager
Altavian Inc. is hiring a User Interface (UI) Programmer who is interested in working with the control interface for all autonomous-related programs. Altavian is expanding its industry-leading expertise in Unmanned Systems by producing aircraft and associated software in-house.
Develop and manage processes related to the hiring of new employees.
Work with management to develop policies and practices for related to company personnel.
Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
US Citizen (Export Control/ITAR/EAR)
Ability to be approved for security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience
Strong interpersonal and ethical skills
The ability to further develop policy and procedures for personnel-related issues
Experience working for small to medium-sized companies
Experience in sourcing candidates, recruiting, and onboarding processes
Strong leadership background
